Cook and serve with speed on the included pair of 59501DV Mirage drop-in ranges—ideal for made-to-order omelets, sauté stations, and tasting menus. Roll into position on 5" casters, then level with adjustable legs for a stable service platform. The profile fits seamlessly into a hot food serving counter lineup while keeping staff workflow clear.
Comply with UL710B, UL197, UL-Sanitation and NSF4 standards, with performance meeting EPA Method 202/NFPA96 and emissions < 5.00 mg/m3 using 30% fat ground beef. Stainless kickplates on the front, left, and right enhance durability
