The Vollrath 72009 Cayenne round Heat 'N Serve is an 11 qt countertop food pan warmer / rethermalizer built to streamline service on the line, buffet, or in catering. Stage and hold soups, chilis, sauces, and gravies at consistent serving temperatures to keep tickets moving and quality high. Load product into the included inset for fast setup and reliable performance throughout service.
An 800-watt heating system and thermoset, fiber-reinforced self-insulating resin well work together to deliver even heat and dependable recovery. Recessed controls minimize accidental adjustments, while a low-water indicator light helps staff maintain proper operation.
The brushed stainless steel exterior with a granite-look base presents cleanly front-of-house and wipes down easily. Non-skid legs provide a stable footprint on busy countertops. This 120v unit ships with an inset, cover, and hinge, connects via a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and carries cULus and NSF listings; Made in US
