Built for busy service, the Vollrath 72020 Cayenne full-size food pan warmer / rethermalizer delivers fast, even heat to chilled or cooked foods. Its direct-contact heating and adjustable control help you hit target temperatures quickly while using up to 25% less energy than comparable models.
Deploy it on a buffet, cafeteria line, or back-of-house station to hold soups, sauces, and sides in standard hotel pans. The brushed stainless steel exterior presents well front-of-house and cleans easily, while the lighted power switch and water level indicator keep operation simple for your team.
The full-size well is 6-5/8 inches deep and recommended for 4-inch-deep pans, giving you flexible menu coverage without tying up your range. Compact dimensions (9 x 13-3/4 x 21-3/4 inches) and 1000-watt, 120V operation make it an easy fit across stations.
