A lighted on/off switch and front-access dial make checks and adjustments quick during peak periods.
Deliver consistent results with 1600 watts of power from dual 800-watt elements, while the self-insulating well focuses heat where you need it. The stainless steel exterior stands up to daily cleaning and constant handling. Use it to rethermalize cook-chill batches and then hold them at serving temperature through service.
