The stainless U-shaped tubular base accepts a full-size pan, while the one-piece cantilever hood directs heat precisely over your holding area. Simply plug the 120V unit into a standard outlet to add dependable holding at the pass, expo, or carving station.
Dial in coverage by adjusting bulb height from 12" to 20" as menu items and pan loads change. Red bulbs maintain serving temperatures for fries, chicken tenders, and plated items awaiting pickup.
Chrome-plated uprights and non-skid feet help the lamp stay put during peak periods, and a cord-mounted on/off switch speeds start-up and shutdown.
