This 36 inch by 20 inch low-profile platform supports efficient service on buffet lines, pass-throughs, and display counters while conserving valuable space. Two left-side zone heat controls let you stage items by demand: a front zone measuring 20 inches by 13.4 inches and a back zone at 20 inches by 6.6 inches. Thermostatic control allows each zone to be set for the needs of different menu items. A stainless steel top and outer shell with an aluminum core deliver durable, easy-to-clean construction for daily service.
