The Vollrath Cayenne 7277060 heated shelf food warmer streamlines hot holding and presentation across service lines and staging areas. Two left-side zone heat controls let you independently manage a 20"W x 13.4"D front zone and 20"W x 6.6"D back zone so entrées and sides stay at the right temperature. Thermostatic control maintains consistent surface heat for predictable service.
A stainless steel top and outer construction with an aluminum core stands up to daily use and cleans quickly. At 60 inches wide by 20 inches deep and 5-3/4 inches high, it offers ample holding area while keeping a low profile at the pass. Plug into a standard 120V outlet via the NEMA 5-15P cord to deploy where you need steady holding power.
