Power your holding line with the Vollrath Cayenne model 7277148, a 48" x 20" heated shelf food warmer engineered for consistent results. Two right-side, thermostatic zone controls let you fine-tune the 20" x 13.4" front zone and the 20" x 6.6" rear zone independently. A stainless steel top and outer with an aluminum core promote fast, even heat and rugged, easy-clean performance.
Deploy it on pass-through shelves, expo lines, carving stations, or buffet displays to keep plated meals, trays, and garnishes ready to go. Set different temperatures for proteins up front while holding sides or bread at gentler heat in back to protect quality and pace service.
Simple 120V plug-in installation with a NEMA 5-15P cord makes placement flexible across your operation. Certified cULus and NSF, and Made in USA, this low-profile shelf supports efficient workflows and professional presentation during rushes and high-volume periods.
