Four soup presets streamline setup for popular menu items, and a stir indicator LED prompts timely agitation for consistent results. Solid-state controls lock to prevent accidental changes and provide precise temperature control in °F or °C. Cabinet-mount controls with leads let you position the interface for ideal accessibility on the line.
The drop-in configuration integrates neatly into serving counters, cafés, and patient service stations to enhance workflow and presentation. Running at 800 watts on 120v/60/1-ph, the unit includes a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug to connect to a standard 120V, 15A receptacle.
