The Vollrath Mirage® induction warmer 741101DW streamlines hot-holding on serving lines, kiosks, and buffet counters. This drop-in, dry-operation system holds up to 11 quarts, making it a strong fit for soups, sauces, and chowders during peak service. Operators can keep products at target temperatures without managing water baths or portable equipment.
Configure workflows quickly using four dedicated soup presets and temperature selection in °F or °C. A stir indicator LED prompts timely agitation to support consistent results, while solid state controls with a lock function help prevent accidental changes. Cabinet-mount controls with leads allow clean, ergonomic placement for staff.
