The Vollrath 89272 traditional breath guard brings durable, single-sided protection to busy buffet lines. Purpose-built for Vollrath (4) well Signature Server and 4-Series units with stainless steel countertops, it helps shield displayed foods while preserving clear visibility for guests and staff. Use it to enhance presentation and service flow in cafeterias, hospitality buffets, and healthcare or corporate dining.
A 1/4-inch tempered glass panel is secured in a thick-fitting channel with 1-1/2-inch extruded aluminum for reliable, long-lasting performance. The assembly mounts to a stainless steel solid surface and requires a 14 gauge stainless steel solid surface for proper installation. This configuration supports staff-served, single-sided lines where control and efficiency matter.
