The Vollrath 89274 is a traditional breath guard for single-sided buffet service on Vollrath (6) well Signature Server and 4-Series Signature Server units with stainless steel countertops. Its 1/4-inch tempered glass preserves product visibility while helping shield food from coughs and spills.
A thick fitting channel and 1-1/2-inch extruded aluminum deliver rigid support built for high-traffic serving lines. The unit mounts to a stainless steel solid surface and requires 14 gauge construction to ensure a secure, long-lasting installation.
