The Vollrath 89287 Traditional Breath Guard safeguards food presentation on both sides of your (4) well Signature Server line. Its 1/4" thick tempered glass seats in a thick fitting channel supported by 1-1/2" extruded aluminum. This durable construction preserves visibility while standing up to daily service.
Serve efficiently from either side of the line while keeping product protected like a traditional sneeze guard. The double-sided design helps manage traffic flow in cafeterias, catering setups, and self-serve stations. It mounts to a stainless steel solid surface for a clean, stable installation.
Purpose-built for Vollrath (4) well Signature Server and 4-Series Signature Server units with stainless steel countertops. Made in the USA and backed by a 1-year warranty. Specify a 14 gauge stainless steel solid surface to meet mounting requirements.
