Drive a smooth service with the Vollrath Affordable Portable™ 38707 hot food station. Three heated wells with individual manual controls (525 watts each) let you set holding temperatures for different menu items on one line. Deploy it on the buffet, cafeteria, or catering route to keep entrées, sides, and sauces ready to serve.
Present food cleanly under the buffet-style breath guard, while the enclosed base helps hide supplies and reduce clutter. Roll the unit into position on four 4-inch swivel casters, then lock two brakes to stabilize during service. The black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base stands up to daily use.
Sized at 46"W x 28-5/8"D x 57-5/16"H, this station fits compact serving spaces without sacrificing capacity. It plugs into a 120v/60/1 circuit at 13.1 amps via a NEMA 5-20P cord. cULus and NSF listed; Made in USA.
