Deploy the Vollrath Affordable Portable model 3870846 hot food station to streamline buffet service. Three heated wells keep entrées, sides, or soups at serving temperature, while a buffet-style breath guard with lighting elevates presentation (bulbs not included). The 46-inch footprint fits neatly along cafeteria lines or banquet setups.
Speed setup and turnover—roll the unit into place on four swivel casters, then lock two brakes to secure. Individual manual controls for each 525-watt well let chefs fine-tune heat for different menu items to maintain quality during peak periods.
Built for daily service, the black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear and cleans easily. An enclosed base with storage opening keeps pans, ladles, or gloves close at hand to improve workflow. 120v, single-phase power with a NEMA 5-30P cord simplifies plug-in operation across facilities.
