Three wells, each with its own manual control and 700-watt heating, let you hold different menu items at optimal temperatures simultaneously. An enclosed base with a storage opening streamlines workflow by keeping utensils, pans, and supplies close at hand. Use it to plate sides, sauces, and proteins fast, or to extend a steam table line during high-volume events.
Built on a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base, the station withstands daily demands and frequent relocation. Four 4-inch swivel casters, including two with brakes, make positioning safe and simple.
