Mobilize hot food service with the Vollrath 387102 Affordable Portable hot food station. This four-well steam table holds entrees, sides, and sauces at serving temperature, while the buffet-style breath guard supports clean, customer-facing presentation. The enclosed base keeps supplies out of sight to maintain a tidy line.
Independent manual controls on each well let chefs adjust holding conditions dish by dish, helping match demand throughout service. Four-inch swivel casters, including two with brakes, enable quick setup for cafeteria lines, banquet rooms, or catered events and lock securely when positioned.
Built on a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base, this unit withstands daily traffic and frequent moves. Its 208–240V, single-phase connection with a factory cord and NEMA 6-15P plug simplifies installation, and cULus and NSF listings, plus Made in USA construction, support compliance.
