Power your serving line with the Vollrath 38710604 Affordable Portable™ hot food station. Four heated wells sit under a buffet-style breath guard with lights to showcase entrees and sides while streamlining high-volume service in cafeterias, buffets, and catering operations.
Operators can fine-tune holding with manual controls dedicated to each well, delivering 700 watts per well to keep soups, vegetables, and proteins at appetizing temperatures. The enclosed base maintains a clean, professional look and helps protect components in busy front-of-house settings.
Built on a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base, this mobile station rolls smoothly on four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes for secure placement. A factory cord with NEMA 14-20P simplifies hookup to 120/208-240V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power; bulbs not included.
