Deploy the Vollrath Affordable Portable™ 3871260 hot food station to build or extend your serving line with confidence. Four heated wells with individual manual controls keep entrees and sides at serving temperature, while the buffet-style breath guard with lights elevates presentation and guest visibility.
Roll the unit into place on 4" swivel casters (two with brakes) to pivot between cafeteria rushes and catered functions. Use the enclosed storage base with sliding doors to stage extra pans, utensils, and condiments for quick replenishment and smoother workflow during service.
Engineered for daily foodservice demands, the black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear and supports busy operations. Each 525-watt well runs on 120V/60/1-ph power for a combined 2100 watts via a cord with NEMA 5-50P plug; bulbs for the lights are not included.
