Three heated wells hold entrées and sides at consistent temperatures, and a buffet-style breath guard with lights showcases food while helping protect it during service. Ideal for cafeterias, banquet operations, and catering setups where presentation and flow matter.
Dial in holding with individual manual controls on each 700-watt well to match soups, proteins, or vegetables. Smooth-rolling 4-inch casters let staff reposition the unit for prep, service, or cleaning, with two brakes to lock it in place. The enclosed base keeps the footprint clean and organized along your serving corridor.
Built with a granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base, this station stands up to daily commercial use. It is cULus and NSF listed, Made in USA, and sized at 46"W x 28-5/8"D x 57-5/16"H to integrate into existing lines powered by 120/208–240V, 60 Hz, 1-phase.
