Streamline hot food service with the Vollrath 38728 Affordable Portable hot food station. Three individually controlled 525-watt wells maintain entrees, sides, and sauces at serving temperature while the buffet-style breath guard elevates presentation and guest protection. Ideal for cafeterias, buffets, and catering lines.
Operators can dial in heat on each well to stage different menu items without overcooking. The enclosed base with a storage opening keeps utensils, pans, and condiments within reach to speed replenishment. A granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base stands up to daily use and complements front-of-house service.
Four 4-inch swivel casters—two with brakes—let you roll the station into place or reposition during rush periods. A 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase connection with a NEMA 5-20P plug simplifies setup and draws 13.1 amps. Use it to extend a steam table line, build a self-service buffet, or add a hot action station wherever you need it.
