The Vollrath Affordable Portable 387282 three-well hot food station pairs dependable holding performance with a clean, professional presentation. Ideal for cafeterias, catering lines, and banquet service, it helps streamline plating and self-service with a buffet-style breath guard.
Dial in separate holding zones using individual manual controls for each well, accommodating 12" x 20" pans of entrees, sides, or sauces. The granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear, while the enclosed base with storage opening keeps essentials close at hand.
Position the station exactly where you need it on four 4" swivel casters, two with brakes for stability. A 208–240V, 60 Hz, single-phase connection with NEMA 6-15P plug and 8.8 amps simplifies setup in commercial kitchens and venues. Made in the USA and certified cULus and NSF, it’s built for daily foodservice demands.
