Three wells keep entrées, sides, and sauces at serving temperature while a buffet-style breath guard supports clean, guest-facing presentation. Its compact 46" footprint and enclosed base make it easy to position where you need holding power and storage.
Fine-tune each menu item with independent manual controls delivering 525 W per well. Roll the unit into place on 4" swivel casters, then secure two braked casters to stabilize during busy periods. Sliding doors keep utensils, pans, and backup product organized and close at hand for quick replenishment.
