Power your buffet or cafeteria line with the Vollrath Affordable Portable™ 3872946 hot food station. Three independently controlled, 525-watt wells let you hold soups, sides, and entrées at serving temperature while managing different menu items side by side. Ideal for hotels, healthcare, campus dining, and high-volume catering, it helps you stage, serve, and replenish efficiently.
A buffet-style breath guard with lights (bulbs not included) enhances visibility and presentation while providing a protective barrier. An enclosed base with sliding doors keeps extra pans, utensils, and back-up product organized and within arm’s reach to speed restocking and reduce trips from the line.
The granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base is built for daily service, and four 4" swivel casters (two braked) make setup, cleaning, and repositioning straightforward. Plug into 120V, single-phase power via the included cord with NEMA 5-30P to deploy hot holding wherever your operation
