The Vollrath 387302 Affordable Portable hot food station streamlines service for cafeterias, catering lines, and high-volume restaurants. Four independently controlled wells let you hold multiple entrees and sides simultaneously, helping teams keep up with rushes and menu variety. The buffet-style breath guard supports attractive self-service while safeguarding food quality.
Operators can fine-tune each 700-watt well with manual controls to match the needs of soups, sauces, and hot entrees. An enclosed base presents a clean, professional appearance and keeps components protected in busy front-of-house settings.
Built for daily use, the granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear and wipes down quickly. Four 4-inch swivel casters, including two braked, make it easy to reposition for banquets or off-site service, then lock in place for steady operation. The unit runs on 208-240v single phase power with a NEMA 6-15P plug and carries cULus and NSF listings.<
