Equip cafeterias, hotels, and catering lines to handle rushes by dialing individual manual controls on each 525-watt well for precise holding. An enclosed base with a storage opening keeps utensils and pans close at hand to streamline workflow. Use it to stage soups, proteins, and sides during peak meal periods without sacrificing presentation.
The granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base stands up to daily traffic, while 4-inch swivel casters (two braked) make repositioning simple. Powered at 120V/60/1 with a cord and NEMA 5-30P plug, this cULus- and NSF-listed unit is built in the USA for dependable service.
