Four wells with individual manual controls let you set holding temperatures for different menu items to keep the line moving. A buffet-style breath guard with lighting elevates product visibility and guest confidence.
Roll it into place on 4" swivel casters, then lock service securely with two brakes. An enclosed base with a storage opening keeps backup pans and utensils within reach to streamline replenishment. The granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base withstands daily use while complementing front-of-house presentation.
Plug into 120/208-240V, single-phase power using the included NEMA 14-20P cord for flexible placement in cafeterias, catering lines, and banquet spaces.
