The Vollrath 38732604 Affordable Portable hot food station streamlines hot holding and presentation for buffets, cafeterias, and catered lines. Four hot wells showcase entrées, sides, and sauces under a buffet-style breath guard with lights.
Set precise holding temps via independent manual controls for each 700-watt well, matching everything from delicate vegetables to hearty proteins. The lit guard elevates merchandising and visibility for guests and staff (bulbs not included).
Keep workflow tight with an enclosed base and sliding doors that stage extra pans, utensils, or ladles within arm’s reach. A granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and 4-inch swivel casters (two braked) let you reposition the unit across your steam table line or banquet floor. Single-phase power connects via a NEMA 14-20P cord, and the unit is NSF and cULus listed, Made in USA.
