Power busy service lines with the Vollrath 3877060 Affordable Portable hot food station. Designed for buffet and cafeteria applications, it showcases entrées under a buffet-style breath guard with integrated lights for clear product visibility (bulbs not included).
Four wells, each with its own manual control, let you hold multiple menu items at the right serving temperature and adjust on the fly. Each well delivers 525 watts, providing responsive holding performance across the entire unit. Keep breakfast, lunch, or banquet service moving with straightforward, operator-friendly controls.
The enclosed cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel base presents a polished look while standing up to daily use. Position the unit easily on four 4" swivel casters, then lock two brakes to secure it in place. Connect to a 120v/60/1-ph supply via the cord with NEMA 5-50P; cULus and NSF compliance and Made in USA construction suit professional kitchens.
