Four 12" x 20" wells with manual controls, 700 watts per well, provide precise holding for soups, entrées, and sides. The buffet-style breath guard elevates presentation while protecting food in self-serve or attendant service.
Designed to streamline workflow, the enclosed base with storage opening keeps utensils, pans, or backups close at hand for cafeteria, catering, and steam table service lines. 4" swivel casters, two with brakes, let you roll the unit between prep, serving, and cleaning zones without disrupting operations.
Built for front-of-house appeal, the cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel base complements cafeterias, hotels, and catering setups. A 208–240V, single-phase connection with a NEMA 6-15P plug integrates easily into most facilities.
