Accelerate hot food service with the Vollrath Affordable Portable™ 38935 hot food station. Three individually controlled 525-watt wells hold soups, entrées, and sides at serving temperature, while the buffet-style breath guard supports clean, guest-facing presentation.
Roll it into action on 4-inch swivel casters to create flexible serving lines in cafeterias, catered events, or satellite meal periods. The enclosed base features a walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel exterior that complements front-of-house décor and protects components in transit.
Operators fine-tune each well independently to match different menu items and pace service without slowing the line. Plug into a 120v/60/1 circuit via the NEMA 5-20P and put an NSF and cULus listed, made-in-USA station to work wherever you need hot holding.
