Showcase entrees under a buffet-style breath guard with light sockets (bulbs not included) to elevate visibility and selection. A walnut woodgrain, vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base pairs front-of-house appeal with rugged durability, while the enclosed base with storage opening keeps pans and utensils within reach.
Roll into place on four 4-inch swivel casters, then lock two brakes to secure the unit during service. Sized at 46 inches wide by 28-5/8 inches deep by 57-5/16 inches high, this cULus and NSF unit plugs into 120/208-240V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power via a cord with NEMA 14-20P and is proudly made in the USA.
