The Vollrath 3893746 Affordable Portable hot food station streamlines serving lines while showcasing your menu. A buffet-style breath guard with lights (bulbs not included) highlights entrées, sides, and sauces held at appetizing temperatures in three wells.
Each 525-watt well features its own manual control, letting chefs fine-tune heat for different recipes and dayparts. This flexibility suits batch cooking, toppings bars, and à la carte service without slowing the queue.
