Dial in holding performance using individual manual controls—each 525-watt well lets you match temperatures for proteins, sides, and sauces across dayparts. It connects on a 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase circuit via a cord with NEMA 5-30P for reliable power delivery in high-traffic settings.
Roll into place on four 4" swivel casters and secure position with two brakes to tighten workflow between kitchen and serving area.
