The Vollrath 389462 hot food station streamlines high-volume serving lines with four heated wells and a buffet-style breath guard that enhances visibility and safety. Ideal for cafeterias, catering operations, and self-serve or attended service, it helps you stage multiple menu items while maintaining an orderly flow.
Dial in holding on each well with independent manual controls to keep entrées, sides, and sauces at proper serving temperature. An enclosed base with a storage opening provides convenient space for utensils, backup pans, or signage, while the walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad carbon steel base elevates front-of-house presentation.
Move the unit wherever service demands with four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes for secure placement on the line. A 208–240V, single-phase connection with a NEMA 6-15P cord supports straightforward setup in most commercial kitchens and serving areas.
