Independent manual controls on each 525 W well let chefs fine-tune holding conditions for varied menu items. The buffet-style breath guard supports self-serve or attended lines in cafeterias, catering, and banquet setups.
Boost workflow with an enclosed storage base and sliding doors that keep extra pans, ladles, and utensils within reach yet out of sight. A walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base delivers durability with a front-of-house friendly look. Four 4-inch swivel casters, including two with brakes, allow operators to position the station where it’s needed and lock it in place.
