Its 46" x 24" footprint and smooth-rolling casters let you reposition quickly to match changing traffic without disrupting service. The NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard supports clean, attractive self-service presentations.
Hold entrees, sides, and soups in three 12" x 20" hot wells, each regulated by an independent manual control to match menu needs. Stage extra pans, utensils, and disposables inside the enclosed base with sliding doors to streamline restocks and keep the line tidy. Use it on the serving floor, in back-of-house prep, or as an auxiliary steam table for peak periods.
