An NSF/ANSI 2 certified cafeteria breath guard elevates presentation while protecting food during self-serve or staff-serve operations. A base with storage opening keeps utensils, pans, and supplies within reach to streamline replenishment.
Designed for mobility, the black vinyl-clad carbon steel cabinet rolls on four 4-inch swivel casters, two braked for stable plating and service. A manifold drain simplifies end-of-shift cleanup, and the 208–240V, single-phase connection integrates into typical commercial electrical layouts.
