Deploy the Vollrath Affordable Portable 39727 hot food station to speed service and elevate presentation in cafeterias, catering lines, and pop-up action stations. Its NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard protects offerings while keeping them visible and inviting. The enclosed base keeps supplies close and the service area uncluttered.
Three wells, each with a dedicated manual control and 525 watts, let you hold soups, sides, and entrées at their ideal temperatures. Operators can fine-tune zones for mixed menus and respond quickly to demand surges. Plug-and-play 120v operation with a NEMA 5-20P simplifies placement across most facilities.
Built for daily duty, the granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear and wipes clean.
