The Vollrath Affordable Portable 39730 hot food station streamlines high-volume service with four individually controlled wells in a compact 60 x 24-inch footprint. Operators can hold multiple entrées and sides at precise temperatures, then present them behind an NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard for confident, guest-facing service. An enclosed base keeps the line tidy and organized during busy periods.
Dial in each well with manual controls to match menu needs—from soups and sauces to vegetables and proteins—without disrupting flow. The granite vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel base resists wear while complementing front-of-house décor, and the 35-inch height supports comfortable plating.
Position the station anywhere on the line, then lock it in place with four swivel casters, two braked for stability. Plug into a standard 120v/60/1 circuit via the NEMA 5-30P cord, and rely on cULus and NSF compliance for peace of mind. Made in the USA for dependable daily service
