Deploy it wherever demand peaks—roll it into place on 4-inch swivel casters and lock it during service. Individual manual controls on each well help chefs fine-tune holding for soups, sauces, proteins, and sides without slowing the line.
Engineered for daily duty, the granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear while standing up to frequent relocation. A factory-installed cord with NEMA 6-15P connects to 208–240V, 60 Hz, single-phase power, speeding setup for catered events, pop-ups, or seasonal stations. Made in the USA.
