Keep high-volume lines moving with the Vollrath Affordable Portable 39731 hot food station. This four-well, 60-inch unit features an NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard to protect presentation while you serve.
Dial in holding temperatures with individual manual controls for each 525-watt well, ideal for soups, sides, and entrees. The enclosed base with storage opening stages pans, utensils, and replenishment items within arm’s reach. Operators can position the station to streamline a steam table line or a standalone service point.
Granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel stands up to daily use, while 4-inch swivel casters (two braked) enable easy repositioning and stable service. Powered by 120V/60/1, this cULus and NSF listed unit delivers dependable hot holding for cafeterias, healthcare, K-12, and corporate dining environments.
