Operators can fine-tune each item with independent manual controls per well, improving workflow and reducing waste. Smooth-rolling 4" swivel casters make setup and reconfiguration effortless, while two braked casters secure the unit during service. The granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear and complements front-of-house presentation.
