The Vollrath 39732 Affordable Portable Hot Food Station keeps service moving with a four-well, 60-inch lineup designed for busy cafeterias and serving lines. Each well features manual control at 525 watts, letting you adjust holding conditions independently for different menu items. An NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard helps present food attractively while promoting a clean, customer-facing serving experience.
Built for daily use, the granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear and cleans easily. An enclosed base with sliding doors provides convenient storage for backups, utensils, and pans, keeping essentials within reach. Four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, make it simple to reposition the station or lock it securely in place.
