Mobilize service in schools, healthcare, or corporate cafes—its 60" x 24" footprint maneuvers easily on 4" swivel casters, with two brakes to lock in place. An enclosed base with sliding doors organizes extra pans, utensils, and refills directly beneath the work surface to speed replenishment.
Regulate holding for each menu item with simple manual controls, powered by 208–240V single-phase electric via a NEMA 6-15P cord. A cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base complements front-of-house lines, backed by cULus and NSF compliance and Made in USA construction.
