The Vollrath Affordable Portable hot food station streamlines your serving line with four individually controlled hot wells and an NSF/ANSI 2 certified cafeteria breath guard for safe, attractive presentation. Its walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad base complements front-of-house settings while standing up to daily use.
Dial in holding temperatures per item to keep soups, sides, and entrées at serving-ready quality throughout service. The enclosed base keeps utensils, pans, and backup product within reach, while 4-inch swivel casters let you reposition the unit between prep, service, and cleanup with ease.
Plug into a 208–240V, single-phase outlet via the factory-installed cord and NEMA 6-15P plug for fast setup. Built with a 20-gauge carbon steel base and certified to cULus and NSF standards, this mobile steam table solution supports cafeterias, catered events, and high-volume foodservice operations.
