Dial in temperatures with manual controls for each 525-watt well to match different menu items. The enclosed base with sliding doors organizes utensils, pans, and backup product within arm’s reach to streamline workflow. Four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, let you roll into position and lock in place.
A walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base delivers durability with a warm, front-of-house look. The unit plugs into a 120v/60/1 connection via a NEMA 5-30P cord and draws 17.5 amps (2100 watts total). Made in the USA and cULus/NSF listed, it’s built for everyday foodservice demands.
