Four independently controlled wells keep menu items at serving temperature while the NSF2 cafeteria breath guard supports safe, attractive presentation. Operators can quickly dial in heat with manual controls for each well and reposition the unit as needed using 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes for stable plating. An enclosed base with sliding doors secures backup pans, utensils, and dry goods within easy reach to speed restocking during rush periods.
