The 7" surface width offers ample room for plates and trays while keeping the serving line organized. Built from durable 300 series stainless steel, it stands up to high-volume use in cafeterias, catering lines, and K-12 or healthcare environments.
Deploy it quickly with the included fold-down mounting kit, then fold it away to save space. In the folded position, it adds only 4-1/2" to the width of the unit, supporting tighter aisles and back-of-house traffic patterns.
