Product Description
The Vollrath T38709 Affordable Portable Hot Food Station Deluxe streamlines hot holding and service for busy cafeterias, catering lines, and buffets. Three thermoset sealed wells deliver dependable heat without spillage pans, while a buffet-style breath guard elevates presentation and protects food.
Operators can fine-tune each well with individual manual dial controls (480 watts per well) to keep entrées, sides, and sauces at serving temperature. A built-in manifold drain accelerates end-of-service cleanup, helping teams reset quickly between dayparts.
Designed for mobility and organization, the unit features an enclosed base with sliding doors to stage utensils, pans, and backups. The black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base rides on 4-inch swivel casters (two braked) and plugs into a standard 120V outlet, making it easy to roll into position along any steam table line.
